We felt that we received excellent and responsive service from Kelly and her assistants, and she was there to help calm our nerves during some of the more complicated aspects of the transaction. Her experience with the real estate sales process was evident throughout the period she worked with us, and ultimately led to a successful sale in a challenging market.
Probably as important as the professional element of her role as our realtor were the little personal touches that elevated her to more than just a realtor to us. This included providing a bag of snacks for the long road trip facing my wife and daughter as they departed the condo for Texas, recommending multiple staging options, patiently working with our daughter, the condo occupant, to better understand the full sales process and develop a timeline that met her needs as she prepared for the move, through the final act of kindness - sending us a box of tasty chocolates to celebrate the closing of the condo!. We really felt that we could honestly communicate with Kelly, during both the good, and more challenging periods of the sale, and in return, knew that Kelly would be forthright with us when interpreting how the sales was progressing. We would highly recommend Kelly and her support team to anyone seeking a realtor to sell their property; you won’t regret the decision to utilize her considerable and impressive skillset!
